Where have overnight oats been all my life?!  And how am I just now discovering them?!  These banana chocolate chip overnight oats are literally the BEST breakfast ever!  Okay, so maybe they don’t beat out cinnamon rolls, but for a healthy option, these things are in a league of their own!  If you’re like me and have never heard of this unreal breakfast until now, or you’ve seen them around but haven’t ever given them a shot, or maybe you’re an overnight oats junkie looking for another option, you HAVE to try them out!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Bites

I’m always searching for an amazing snack that is healthy, delicious, and will keep me full until my next meal.  Typically, I crave salty foods, and I used to reach for a bag of chips or pretzels mid-morning, but that never held me off until lunch.  So I went about searching for recipes to try something new, and I stumbled upon gold!!  Five words – Oatmeal.  Peanut.  Butter.  Energy.  Bites.

Here’s the deal people – these things are AMAZING!  Seriously, they are my absolute favorite snack!  I could eat a hundred of them (although that defeats of whole “healthy” purpose, but you get the gist).  They are packed full of goodness, they taste like dessert, and they keep my belly rumble free.  You HAVE to try them out!

How I Changed My Whole Week In One Sunday Afternoon

If you’re looking to eat healthy, stay on track for your diet, or really just make your life simpler, then meal prep is for you! Especially if you have a little one in the house, meal prep is DEFINITELY for you! By spending just a few hours on Sunday, I’m able to make all of my breakfasts and lunches for the entire week! It honestly makes the week so much smoother, and helps me stick to healthy options. When I find myself starving at work before lunch, I’m able to grab a quick, prepared snack rather than something I’ll regret from the vending machine. If I didn’t have a six month old, having all my breakfasts made would mean I get to sleep in a little bit longer… but what is sleep when you have kids???
