June Workout of the Month

June is here, and with it comes sweet summer  time!  I think I’m still in shock that it’s already June, but I’m not complaining one bit about the summer part!  Hot weather, sunglasses, flowy dresses, cool drinks, and bikini’s – who wouldn’t love summer?

If you follow along on my instagram, you’ll notice my son makes it in a few pictures (okay way more than just a few!).  So I figured it was only time to include him in one of my workouts!  June’s workout of the month features my nine month old son, Noah!

May Workout of the Month

Happy Mother’s Day everyone!  I don’t know where you all are, but here in Columbus, Ohio the weather is just absolutely beautiful!  With all of the sunshine, it was only fitting to break out my tank tops.  And that inspired me to make May’s Workout of the Month all about arms!  Sleek and sexy, tight and toned, tank top arms!  Just in time for summer 🙂

April Workout of the Month

Have you ever had a bad week in terms of working out??  If you’ve answered “No”, you’re lying!!  Well, last week was one of those bad weeks for me.  My son got sick which kept me from getting my workouts in, and then we had vacation planned over the weekend.  In 7 days, I got in 2 short runs.  Not my ideal week especially when we’re coming up on the end of my 60-day challenge.  But instead of beating myself up over it, I’m going to let it go.  Why?  Because that’s life!  Life gets in the way and we can’t always do or get what we want.  Today starts a new week and I’m ready to tackle it.

April’s WOM is geared towards cardio and abs.  After lots of great food and beer over the weekend I need to burn some calories and tighten my stomach.  So let’s get after it!

March Workout of the Month

I haven’t posted a Workout of the Month (WOM) in awhile… 🙁 But I promise from here on out to keep these up-to-date!

March’s WOM is a full-on CARDIO BLAST!  This one will get your heart pumping and your legs burning!  Remember to do your own warm up beforehand and I can’t emphasize enough – cool down and stretch afterwards!!!  I struggle with stretching after a workout myself, but our bodies need it.

October Workout of the Month

Every month I’ll share a new workout, one that I’ve personally completed.  Most of the time these will be full body workouts, but I may change it up here and there and throw in a focus workout!  These workouts will typically require NO equipment, just open space.  Feel free to change it up how you see fit – make it harder, make it easier, repeat it, halve it – whatever you want.  The purpose of these workout of the month (WOM) posts is to get you up and moving, but without requiring you to leave your home or purchase any fancy equipment!
