Just Keep it Simple Fitness. Where in the world did I come up with that, you ask? My engineering background has given me some complex skills to solve problems, I won’t bore you with the details, but sometimes, the BEST way, is the SIMPLE way. “Keep it simple stupid” has been a popular mantra for many projects and ideas through all facets of life. And now, I’m bringing it to fitness!
I wholeheartedly believe that fitness should be SIMPLE! If it’s too confusing, too intricate, too intense, you won’t be able to stick to it. Your goals should be for a long term lifestyle change, NOT a short term quick fix, and there are too many exercise goers that make the mistake of creating a routine and schedule that is NOT SIMPLE! It’s just not. going. to. work! You don’t need a fancy gym membership, crazy equipment that requires a user’s manual, 2 hours of free time 7 days a week, or ridiculous moves that need picture instructions. In fact, you already have everything you need to get in shape – your BODY, and some floor space! Is that simple enough? JustKISF is all about using what you already have and making it work. You’ll see in my posts, SIMPLE, bodyweight moves that can be done wherever you have a few feet of clear space. I’ll also share with you fitness related topics near and dear to me – for example, why music is so ESSENTIAL to your workout!
My goal with Just KISF is to inspire you to think about fitness differently, to get up and work out, using whatever time, space, and equipment you have. I want your workouts to get you in shape and meet your personal end goal, but why not make the journey FUN, and ADDICTING, and SIMPLE??
